Official complaint sheets (Catalonia)
We keep the official complaint/claim/report sheets (fulls oficials de queixa/reclamació/denúncia) of the Catalan Consumer Agency available in electronic format. You can also file them with the Agència Catalana del Consum or your local consumer office (OMIC).
