CanGerard's legal information under the Spanish LSSI and the Digital Services Act (DSA).

2. Purpose
CanGerard is an online marketplace for Catalan products where verified professional sellers offer their products to buyers. The platform acts as an intermediary: it does not sell as a retailer. Each sale contract is formed between the buyer and the relevant seller.
3. Single points of contact (DSA arts. 11 and 12)
For Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services: gerard@cangerard.cat (subject: «DSA — Authorities»). For recipients of the service (users): gerard@cangerard.cat and the site's contact form, allowing direct and rapid communication not exclusively by automated means. Accepted languages: Catalan, Spanish and English.
4. Reporting illegal content or products
Anyone can report allegedly illegal content or products via the «Report» link on every listing and profile, accessible without signing in, or the contact form. The procedure is described in the Prohibited Products and Content Policy.
5. Terms of use of the site
Use of the site implies acceptance of this legal notice and the applicable conditions. The user undertakes to use the site lawfully and not to carry out conduct that harms its operation or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The site's elements (brand, logo, design, texts and software) belong to CanGerard or its licensors. Content published by sellers is their responsibility, and they warrant they hold the necessary rights.
7. Liability
As a provider of intermediary services, CanGerard does not pre-screen all hosted content and acts diligently to remove illegal content once it has actual knowledge, in line with the DSA liability regime.
8. Links
Links to third-party sites are provided for information only and do not imply endorsement of their content. Linking to the Site requires no authorisation, provided it is done fairly and without causing confusion.
9. Codes of conduct
The owner is not currently adhered to any code of conduct. Should it adhere to one, it will be announced in this Notice.
10. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish and European Union law. Any dispute will be subject to the legally applicable jurisdiction, in particular the rules protecting consumers.
