Because every CanGerard order is fulfilled by a local maker, returns happen directly with that seller. We make sure they answer.
Logistics aren't centralised: each shop ships its own parcels and processes its own returns. The CanGerard team coordinates the process and steps in if anything stalls.

Open the request
Fill in the form below with your order number and what's wrong. We forward it to the seller and copy our logistics team in.
- Step 2
Send the item back
The seller confirms the return address and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. Pack the product safely and drop it off.
- Step 3
Refund or replacement
Once the seller receives the item in good condition, we trigger a refund (back to your original payment method) or arrange a replacement.

Include the order number and a brief description. The faster we hear from you, the faster we resolve it.
