Honey vinegar (agredolç de mel)

Agredolç de mel is made by hand from natural honey with no additives: mead is left to ferment and mature in oak casks. The result is a pale golden vinegar, mild and aromatic, ideal for dressing salads with cheese, meat or fish.

Size: 250 ml bottle.

Mel el Remei is the Llorens family's honey house: beekeepers from Alcover (Alt Camp) who still work their bees the traditional way, as their grandparents did.
