Organic Thyme for Infusion and Cooking

Organic thyme, a herb with an intense, herbal aroma, essential in Mediterranean cooking and with a long tradition as a winter infusion. Caffeine-free.

Format: 60 g tin of organically grown dried leaf.

• Natural antiseptic, traditionally used to accompany colds and help clear mucus
• Traditionally used to care for the throat and airways
• Digestive, ideal after meals

Uses

• As a hot infusion, on its own or with honey and lemon
• To make traditional Catalan thyme soup
• In the kitchen, to flavour meat, stews, vegetables and marinades

How to prepare it

• Heat water to 95 °C
• Steep for 5 minutes with the lid on to keep the aromas in
• Strain and enjoy
