Ingredients and properties

• Rosemary: traditionally used to energise the body and support concentration
• Mint: refreshing and stimulating, wakes up the body
• Sage: toning
• Savory: traditionally used to help balance the nervous system

How to prepare it

• Heat water to 95 °C
• Steep for 5 minutes with the lid on to keep the aromas in
• Strain and enjoy

Tip: it's also delicious cold. Just add ice or chill it in the fridge.
