Ingredients and properties

• Chamomile: digestive and soothing, traditionally used to ease the discomfort of heavy digestion
• Pennyroyal: digestive and carminative, helps reduce bloating
• Savory: supports digestion and has an antispasmodic effect
• Lemon balm: digestive, helps soothe stomach discomfort

How to prepare it

• Heat water to 95 °C
• Steep for 5 minutes with the lid on to keep the aromas in
• Strain and enjoy

Tip: it's also delicious cold. Just add ice or chill it in the fridge.
