Organic Dona Herbal Tea, a synergy of three herbs traditionally associated with women's wellbeing. A delicious aroma and flavour to accompany every stage of the cycle: menstruation, perimenopause and menopause. Caffeine-free.

An infusion designed to accompany the female cycle and support a sense of wellbeing on the more uncomfortable days.

Format: 40 g tin, approximately 50 cups.

Ingredients and properties

• Sage: traditionally known as the women's herb, used to accompany the changes of perimenopause and menopause
• Pennyroyal: traditionally used to support menstruation and ease the discomfort that comes with it
• Lemon balm: antispasmodic and soothing, helps the body relax

How to prepare it

• Heat water to 95 °C
• Steep for 5 minutes with the lid on to keep the aromas in
• Strain and enjoy

Tip: it's also delicious cold. Just add ice or chill it in the fridge.
