This May, to celebrate spring, we have prepared a very special limited edition of our extra virgin olive oil.

The same organic extra virgin olive oil as always, with the heart of Girona.

La Vall is born from a blend of olives from the local area: Arbequina and Rojal olives from Tarragona, traditionally and organically farmed, together with olives from centuries-old olive trees.

A superior-category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely through mechanical processes.

Due to the drought, extra virgin olive oil production is smaller than ever.
