The Green Vineyard of the Empordà on Horseback

We'll begin with a relaxing horseback ride around the winery, through vineyards, woodland, country lanes and olive groves, so you can experience first-hand the biodiversity that surrounds us.

Next, once back at the winery, we'll walk through the vineyard to learn all about organic viticulture and the philosophy behind biodynamic farming, sharing with you our own approach to this craft. We'll also show you our biodynamic garden, from which we extract the basic principles for the preparations that help nourish the soil.

Finally, we'll visit the winery, where we'll explain the process and particularities of how our wines are made. The experience culminates in a guided tasting of 5 of our wines, 3 of them from our Premium range, where we'll help you pick out their most notable organoleptic characteristics and tell apart the personality of each one.

• Gourmet Tasting. Supplement of €20/person. Elevate your experience by adding, to the wine tasting, a sampling of artisan gastronomic products, L'Aubreda cheeses, local cured meats and pa amb tomàquet, chosen to pair perfectly with our wines.
• Exclusive Tasting. Supplement of €60/person. Opt for a private visit with our winemaker Àngela Salvi, where you'll taste five of our Premium wines, including the limited-edition Janus, paired with a selection of artisan, locally sourced gourmet products.
• Gastronomic Getaway. Supplement of €50/person. Complete the experience with a Mediterranean lunch of local products by our vineyards. We'll start things off with artisan cheeses from the l'Aubreda cheesemakers and local artisan cured meats, a fresh seasonal salad, anchovies and pa amb tomàquet. We'll round off the meal with paella or fideuà, dessert and coffee. This gastronomic selection comes paired with a bottle of Ú White or Ú Negre.
