Vineyard walk and wine tasting in Empordà

We will begin with a walk through our vineyards, where we will explain how we care for them and you will discover how sustainability and respect for the environment are a key condition for us when it comes to looking after the vines. You will learn all the details about organic viticulture and the philosophy of biodynamic agriculture, and we will share with you our way of understanding this craft. We will also visit our biodynamic vegetable garden, from which we draw the basic principles for the preparations that help us nourish the soil, and you will see the close relationship we have with natural cycles.

Finally, we will visit the winery, where we will explain the process and the particularities of how our wines are made. The experience culminates with a guided tasting of 5 wines, 3 of them from our Premium range, where we will help you distinguish the character of each one and discover their most special organoleptic characteristics.
