Organic Oregano for Infusion and Cooking

Organic oregano, a herb with an intense, herbal aroma, essential in Mediterranean cooking and with a long tradition as an infusion. Caffeine-free.

Format: 35 g tin of organically grown dried leaf.

Uses

• In the kitchen, to flavour pizza, sauces, salads, meat and vegetables
• As a hot or iced infusion after meals

How to prepare it

• Heat water to 95 °C
• Steep for 5 minutes with the lid on to keep the aromas in
• Strain and enjoy, hot or over ice
