Organic rosemary, a herb with an intense, pleasant aroma, typical of the Mediterranean. Traditionally valued for its toning and antioxidant properties. Caffeine-free.

Format: tin of organically grown dried leaf.

Uses

• On its own, as a hot or iced infusion

How to prepare it

• Heat water to 95 °C
• Steep for 5 minutes with the lid on to keep the aromas in
• Strain and enjoy, hot or over ice

Contraindications: not recommended during pregnancy or if you have high blood pressure.
