Mead

Mead is the oldest known alcoholic drink; the Greeks and Romans thought of it as a nectar of the gods. It is made by fermenting honey directly with water and yeast.

Sizes: 20 cl and 50 cl.

Mel el Remei is the Llorens family's honey house: beekeepers from Alcover (Alt Camp) who still work their bees the traditional way, as their grandparents did.
